A security deposit is required to reserve the rental date. The fee may be refunded during regular business hours after 5 pm the following Tuesday. Any damage done to VFW property, trash or mess left inside or outside, or blatant misuse of the rental space will result in a minimum deduction off the refundable amount. The VFW reserves the right to assess any damages done to the property and may keep the refund in its entirety if necessary. There is absolutely NO OPEN CONTAINERS ALLOWED OUTSIDE or ILLEGAL ACTIVITY ON THE PREMISES.
